The Business of the group was commenced in 1949 as a pipe's retail shop. Now the Group has been developed as a conglomerate company and become a member of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 21st December 2000.

The principal business of the Group is the importing and selling of a comprehensive range of pipes, fittings and other related accessories of different materials, applications and brandnames in Hong Kong. Sales of the Group's products are conducted either by wholesale or retail sale. In addition, the Group is also engaged in the warehouse business to provide storage services for a variety of products such as lifts, generators, air conditioners, cables, building materials, clothing, shoes and other equipment.

Wholesale
Wholesale customers of the Group's pipes, fittings and other related accessories are mainly contractors and sub-contractors in Hong Kong.

Projects for which the Group has supplied pipes, fittings and other related accessories include residential property development, commercial property development, hotel development, civil engineering, infrastructure and maintenance projects undertaken by the Housing Authority, the Drainage Services Department, the Water Services Department, the Architectural Services Department, the Mass Transit Railway Corporation, the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, property developers and property owners respectively.

Retail
The Group established its first retail shop in Shanghai Street, Mongkok in 1988. In order to expand its retail network, the Group opened two additional retail shops, one in Yuenlong In July 1999 and the other in Wanchai in October 1999.

Warehouse business
In anticipation of the increasing trend in storage demand, utilising the available space of the Group's leased warehouses and for diversification of the Group's business, the Group developed its warehouse business in 1990. The Group provides storage services for other companies' products such as lifts, generators, air conditioners, cables, building materials, clothing and shoes and other equipment.
